2）Registration Fee：

・ Credit card cannot be used.
・ Please fill in your name and affiliation on the name badge (Receipt) upon your registration and wear
　it all the time during the meeting.

1）Only computer presentations will be available for the oral sessions.
2）Please submit your PC data to the PC Preview Center at least 60 minutes
　　(30 minutes for early sessions) prior to your presentation to check whether all the data are shown
　　properly.

3)  All speakers are asked to keep to the allocated presentation time. Presentation time of English Session
　　is 12minutes (Presentation: 8 minutes Q&A: 4 minutes. The light of display time on the podium
　　becomes yellow one minute before the end and red at the end of the specified time.
4）All speakers are requested to be seated on the Next Speakers Seat in the order of presentation.
5）The person with a question or discussion, please stands in front of microphone beforehand and
　　introduce your name of affiliation with permission of the chairperson. Please speak briefly and
　　refrain from using slides.

【PC Presentation】
1）LCD projector will be installed in the presentation site.
2) On-site operating system will be Windows 7 and PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013. If you have prepared
　　the presentation data on Macintosh, you are advised to bring your own computer.
3）On the podium, any operations must be self-operated by the speaker using operating keypad.

①For Speakers bringing Presentation data
・Please save your presentation data either on a USB flash drive or CD-R.
・To avoid the possible spread of computer viruses, please scan your presentation files beforehand with
　updated anti-virus software.
・Please bring a backup data to the site for unforeseen circumstances.　
・Presentation data loaded on the conference computer will be completely deleted after your presentation
　with responsibility of Secretariat.
・Use standard font in preparing your presentation to avoid conversion errors.
※ please check that your presentation functions correctly in order to avoid conversion errors and display
　　problem in advance, since Organizer cannot fixed your data on site.

② For Speakers bringing their own PC
・ Please bring your own PC with operation confirmed. It is recommended to bring a backup data for
　　unforeseen circumstances.
・ For projector output purposes, a VGA cable will be provided. Please confirm whether your PC is
　　equipped with an RGB jack (mini D-sub 15 pin type) as standard. If you use a different type of RGB
　　jack, please bring a converting cable to D-sub 15 pins type.  Also, please make sure to bring an
　　AC adaptor (standard 2-pin type).

The exhibition site is on the basement floor of Main Building of Sonic City.  Followings are exhibit hours.

Lunch box will be provided at Educational Seminar to participants in exchange for a ticket.
The tickets will be distributed at following time and location.

※Tickets are limited to 1 ticket per person.
